Good app, bugs, no support

When I create a custom envelope size, Easy Envelopes screws up the alignment and prints the address sideways across the envelope. One star off.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong. Who knows? I’ve submitted a bug report to Ambrosia twice. Each time, I get an automated response (saying that’ll I’ll here from them in a day or two), then total silence. When I try to follow up … more silence. Another star off.

I’ll give it three stars because it works well enough for the built-in envelope sizes.
