OK application, but with major problems

On the positive side, this application is easy to use and integrates with your Address Book. On the negative side, I have never been able to create a custom envelope successfully. Despite entering the dimensions and orientation information, the envelope prints in the wrong size and orientation. Very frustrating. The default, standard envelope sizes work perfectly.

On the negative side, since installing OS 10.9.9 EasyEnvelopes crashes consistently whenever I hit the print button. I could not find anywhere to post a request for help and there is no “check for updates” link in the software. Evidently it is incompatible with Yosemite. Two weeks ago I submitted a request for assistance to Ambrosia Software. I have not received any reply from them.

The software has not been updated since 2013.
